I think I would enjoy watching the great French actress Isabelle Huppert in any film, and I was not disappointed with her performance here as she lights up every scene she is in, even though the story is the not very upbeat one of a married-with-kids, always-in-control woman whose life is turned upside down when her husband leaves her for another woman. The story itself I didn’t think brought a lot of originality to this old theme, but Huppert makes it worthwhile. (Subtitled.)
