This is one close-up and intense look at mental illness in the troubled relationship of two young folks (Tatiana Maslany as a bi-polar woman, and Tom Cullen) drawn to each other but having to fight their own demons if they want to be together. The acting is terrific, but I found this somewhat experimental film too intense and overwhelming at times.
