A tense and highly effective US low budget film noir, set in a small Alaskan town. A mysterious drifter has arrived, and you know things aren’t going to turn out well for anyone. Deception, blackmail, good and bad, and some violence, are on display here, but in just the right balance to make this a film that will have you on the edge of your seat and will stick with you for a while. (Not for viewers who are easily frightened.)
