Everything in this Chilean movie is open for interpretation as a fictional police detective chases the real life famed Nobel-winning poet/communist/senator, Pablo Neruda, in this flight of imagination.  Gael Garcia Bernal plays the stylish detective, and narrator of the film, with unintentional (for the character) whimsy.  Enjoyable, inventive, but not everyone’s cup of tea, I’m sure.  (Subtitled.)
