Take a very basic, forbidding girls-only boarding school, where the outside world does not seem to exist, monitored by threatening-looking guards in sunglasses, and combine with a strange daily regimen of “vitamins” for the students, and very old-school classroom lessons on obedience, and you’ll get a stylish and moody story which I would give a higher mark to for effort than execution. Once you get what’s really going on at this school, the film takes too long to reach its conclusion. Not for all tastes.
