I am a fan of some of the earlier Bourne films, but this one doesn’t hold a candle to those. The primary reasons — too far-fetched plot contrivances and Matt Damon appearing a little weary. A number of the action sequences though are impressively executed, though, and Tommy Lee Jones is entertainingly menacing as a CIA director.
