This documentary has its figurative tongue firmly in cheek most of the time, but an interesting view of the hierarchy of the drug world. It also is an effective criticism of the punitive and expensive (and futile?) legal system of the US with respect to drugs, but it can get a bit preachy at times. Enjoyable and informative.
