No subtlety in this story from England of life in a very modern skyscraper where the higher your class, the higher the floor. You won’t be surprised that all it takes is one or two sparks to incite a class war. I tired of this story before the half-way mark, even if I always enjoy watching Jeremy Irons in action. I don’t understand what some of the critics found special about this movie, but I hear the book is better.
