A generally scary and effective (although overly long) psychological horror story centred around a family of two parents – Toni Collette is superb as the mother and an artist) – and two teenagers. The story kicks off with the death of the mom’s mom, when secrets become revealed, the kids go bonkers, séances are convened — well, you get the idea. When you are part of a family like this, there really is nowhere to hide.
