I’m not sure why a remake of the original Ghostbusters was needed (aside from money, of course), but this feminine take on the story of a team of scientists and kooks who take on the paranormal in New York City is nothing special. Some laughs, but I always enjoy watching and listening to Melissa McCarthy, and Leslie Jones is quite funny; the other ghostbuster is played by Kristen Wiig. Will I remember much of the film in several months? I doubt it.
