A lovely and well-acted story from, and set in, Quebec about a developmentally challenged young woman who yearns for a romantic relationship, against the wishes of her mother and others.  It was a nominated for Canada’s entry to the recent Oscars.  The characters had real depth that draws you in to their lives.  (Subtitled.)
