A low budget (and impressive first film for writer/director Jasmin Mozaffari), emotional slice of small town Ontario life, centred on two young women desperate to leave their hometown for the big city, and the obstacles (family, boyfriend, lack of money, etc.) that stand in their way. This is plenty of despair and sadness in this town, and this film makes you feel it.
