An intriguing concept — hapless team of narcotics detectives in Seoul park themselves for a stakeout in a fried chicken restaurant and while not making much progress with the investigation, they purchase the failing restaurant from the owner and create a surprisingly successful franchise — but the story loses steam part way through its two hours of running time. Some amusing slapstick but not enough humour. (Subtitles.)
