A very violent ride with two cops in LA’s south central district. You watch these two officers from a the vantage points of several cameras as they ride the neighbourhood, get into fights and spend time with their families/girlfriends. The bad guys were a bit too cartoonish for my taste, but what made the film worthwhile was the never-ending banter and teasing by the two leads (Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Pena).
