A 40-minute documentary focussing on the Claude Lanzmann, director of the ground-breaking 1985 film, Shoah, about the Holocaust. Lanzmann (the man) speaks in this doc about how the making of Shoah, a process that lasted 12 or so years, formed, and almost destroyed, him. A fascinating discussion that includes outtakes from Shoah never publically seen before. My only regret: that the film was not longer (much longer)! (Some subtitles.)
