An enjoyable fictionalized version of the life of Chuck Wepner (nicely portrayed by Liev Schreiber), the man whose underwhelming career as a boxer belied the passion he had for the ring, and who inspired Sylvester Stallone to create his most famous character, Rocky Balboa. Played for humour, humility and some boxing ring action, this story is entertaining, sad and inspiring.  Unless you have a heart of stone, you’ll cheer for Chuck, despite his propensity to let down the ones he loves the most.
