Better than the average for this genre, the three leading ladies ( Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn and Mila Kunis, assisted by a very amusing Christina Applegate) do good work as they attempt to unshackle themselves from society’s demand to be super moms. There are plenty of laughs (both crude and/or clever) to keep most viewers entertained. It doesn’t really break new ground, but it has some important things to say while you are laughing.
