A charming documentary about an 80-something-year-old Michelin rated sushi chef in a small nondescript basement restaurant across from a Tokyo subway station. The story focusses on Jiro, of course, but the filmmakers also speak to his sons, his friends and business associates. A man for who his work is truly his life. And the food looks delicious!
