This was one of my favourite films at his year’s TIFF.  Set in Seoul, it’s a modern day tale of cops and robbers with the cops being a high-tech surveillance team (yes, almost everything we do nowadays can be seen by Big Brother, the film makes clear) and the robbers a brutal gang of thieves.  This one will likely keep you on the edge of your seat.  Great cinematography — from the top of skyscrapers to the use of CCTV footage, to subway chases, and beyond.  (Subtitled.)
