A quiet, sad but sometimes hopeful tale that connects the dying of small town America, a father and son road trip, and dreams as something that can still be held onto (regardless of how futile they may be). (But the movie is not as depressing as I perhaps just made it sound.) Bruce Dern is impressive as the fading father and good acting by all.
