Ok, so I’m not so clear on just how certain cosmological concepts — such as worm holes, black holes — really work, and yes, this movie could have been a bit shorter than its 2 ¾-hour runtime, but Matthew McConaughey is good (as always, I think), and from what I read, the science related aspects of the story are mostly consistent with current theory. I may not have understood everything that was going on in space, but I had an enjoyable time watching the action switch back and forth between a faltering earth and the promise of a world beyond our galaxy.
