Yes, if you treat our animal friends — in this case, dogs — with disrespect, they may get angry (and organized) and take revenge. The acting, particularly by the hundreds of dogs used (apparently, no CGI involved) is quite impressive. The story is an allegory/parable, of course, and a bit too much of one for my tastes, but still worth a viewing. (Subtitled.)
