A simple but lovely (and beautifully filmed) tale of a young Bedouin boy – Theeb — who, with his older brother, guides a British Officer through Arabia (Jordan standing in for the location) for a reason not shared with guides.  Set during WWW I, at a time when the arrival of the railway leads to violent upheaval of a traditional way of life, this film looks incredible and well worth the viewing.
