Set somewhere in Bosnia, this film follows a day in the life of fictional international aid workers (Benicio Del Toro — excellent, as always — and Tim Robbins) as they work around UN rules to try to do good. Clichés abound and nothing really surprises, but it kept me interested and entertained. A decent viewing experience but it could have been much more.
