The storyline is familiar: dirty cops up to no good whose plans are foiled by a not-so-bad cop. Casey Affleck is not bad as the new cop on the beat in this relatively gritty but formulaic crime caper involving double-crosses, robbery, and a few good action sequences, etc. Fine for TV viewing.
