“A+” for creativity, but I found these 13 vignettes, each one starring the great Cate Blanchett as a different character, and each one a take on a historical manifesto (e.g. the Communist Manifesto, from artistic movements, such as Dada, etc. — most of which I have little in-depth knowledge of), didn’t come together as a rewarding whole. This is a film that requires the viewer to think, hard, even if the purpose is a challenge to divine.
