A creative take on the groundhog day theme — where our hero experiences the same day over and over. In this variation on the theme, a college student and sorority gal — impressively played by Jessica Rothe — relives, over and over, the day she is murdered, with the only hope of stopping this situation being her figuring out who her murderer is. At 90 or so minutes this story flies by, with some good laughs and a few genuine frights. Not too shabby for the arguably overdone horror genre.
