Director Steven Soderbergh has put together a very effective relatively low-budget psychological thriller about a young woman (effectively played by Claire Foy) who is, to her chagrin, committed, through an act of paperwork, to a mental hospital after seeking therapy there for the emotional repercussions of having been the victim of a stalker a while back.  It doesn’t take anything away from this tense and cerebral story that is was shot on an iPhone.
