Part one of a four-part series taking the viewer behind the scenes at the (failing!) New York Times during the first year-plus of the Trump presidency. There is no rest for the weary, but invigorated, reporters and editors who cover one of the most contentious and wacky presidencies. — the White House drama never seems to stop. A nice touch is the glimpse of how the 24-hour news cycle impacts the news hounds’ family lives. I’m looking forward to the other parts. (I saw Part One at the Hotdocs festival, but all four parts are being shown on TMN in Canada.)
